All installation work is carried out by trained professionals who assess building features, site access, and system requirements to ensure safe, secure, and aesthetically discreet mounting.
2. Privacy-First Estimating & Quotations
Our 8-step customer journey begins with an initial price estimate based on photos of your property and your lighting preferences. No full street address is required at the initial estimate stage. If you choose to proceed, an on-site assessment is arranged, after which a firm written quotation detailing the agreed scope of work and final price is provided prior to booking installation.
3. Product Quality, Standards & Compliance
VIVA Lights products have undergone rigorous testing through an Australian NATA-accredited laboratory against relevant safety, performance, and electromagnetic compatibility requirements, including CISPR 15:2025, AS/NZS 60598.1:2025, IEC 60695-2-11:2014, and IEC 60695-11-5:2016. Supporting test reports and certification information can be made available where applicable.
4. Warranty Protection & Maintenance
Our LED bulbs are cUL-certified and rated for approximately 50,000 hours of operation. VIVA Lights systems feature individually replaceable LED bulbs to ensure that in the rare event of an individual component failure, the specific bulb can be replaced with minimal disruption. All systems include manufacturer warranty protection and ongoing customer support.
5. Software, Controller & App Use
The companion mobile app for iOS and Android, developed with Canadian controller technology, provides cloud-based control over lighting zones, schedules, animations, and sporting league integrations (NHL, NBA, MLB). We provide regular software and feature updates to ensure continuous performance and compatibility.
