1. VIVA Lights Peace-of-Mind Warranty Overview
Every VIVA Lights permanent outdoor LED system installed across Australia is engineered for long-term architectural performance and is backed by our dual-layer warranty protection alongside your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):
- 1-Year Installation Service Commitment: Covers installation-related workmanship, track alignment, mounting hardware, and system connectivity issues resulting from the original installation for 12 months from completion.
- 5-Year Limited Product Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects in VIVA Lights LED nodes, low-voltage smart controllers, power supplies, and powder-coated aluminium tracks under normal residential or commercial outdoor use.
2. What Is Covered Under Our Warranty
- Premature failure or defect of cUL-certified RGBW + Dedicated Warm-White LED pucks under normal operating conditions.
- Defects in the Canadian-developed VIVA Smart Controller or power supply unit supplied and installed by VIVA Lights.
- Structural or finish defects in colour-matched powder-coated aluminium soffit tracks installed by authorised VIVA Lights technicians.
- On-site rectification of installation workmanship issues within the first 12 months at no labour cost to the property owner.
3. What Is Excluded
- Damage caused by unauthorised third-party modifications, tampering, or DIY relocation of tracks, wiring, or controllers.
- Damage resulting from structural building alterations, roof replacements, high-pressure chemical washing directly into electrical enclosures, or severe natural disasters/lightning strikes beyond standard surge ratings.
- Faults in the customer’s home Wi-Fi router, internet service provider (ISP), or mains electrical switchboard unrelated to VIVA Lights hardware.

5. Australian Consumer Law Statement
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
